How do I place an order?

From our Home or shop page, select the items you are interested in and click ADD TO CART. When you are finished shopping, select go to CHECKOUT. Once your order is complete and your payment information is received, You will be notified as to the expected shipping date and tracking number information.

My credit card was not approved. Why not?

Most likely, there are not enough funds on your card or the card details you entered do not match the data when placing your order, change for another card or contact the bank that issued you this card.

What if the product is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and offer a replacement, or refund, or you can expect our stock to be restocked soon

Do you ship overseas?

At the moment we only operate in Australia.

Can I ship to a different location?

We will ship your purchase to any location you specify. Follow the instructions when you CHECK OUT.

How can I check my order?

When we ship your order, we will email you a tracking code for your package, which you can use to track your order.

How can I cancel an order?

Orders for items that have not shipped can be cancelled by sending a notice to [email protected] If the item is already in the mail, you will need to follow our return policy.

What if I need to return an item?

OnePetShop wants you to be satisfied with your order. If you receive an item that is broken or wrong, does not meet your expectations, contact [email protected]. Please read our return policy.

Do I need to pay tax for an order?

Tax is already included in the product price, you do not need to pay it.
